Just a quick note to say that the Bob's Red Mill brownies are pretty good! I made them with flax and water egg replacment. Next time I would cut down a bit on the oil, but over all they were wuite yummy. Also note, they are cheaper at whole foods than Kroger.
Also, in the land of mixes, the Pamela's Bread Mix is quite yumm-o. I made them into rolls by pouring the mix into muffin pans. A little gummy, but with some tweaking, I think they could be acceptable. Better by far than the dry premade loaves that you pay a fortune for!

Our Story
Welcome! I am hoping that this blog can serve, for me, as a record of our food allergy journey as well as being a resource for others on this same journey. Our oldest was "diagnosed" at age six with a very long list of food intolerances. I have had to relearn how to cook, using many ingredients I had previously not even known existed. I am hoping to record our kitchen successes as well as failures in hope that a) I won't make the same mistakes twice! b) I can remake successes and you can try them as well c) others out their who have stood in my shoes can offer advice!
